Norman B. Fine, DMD, MDS
Dr. Fine is a native to South Carolina, being born and raised in Charleston. He attended Charleston Southern University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and was on the Academic Dean’s list. He received his dental degree in 2008 from MUSC College of Dental Medicine, where he excelled and was the proud recipient of several scholarships for academic achievement as well as ethical and moral character. Dr. Fine continued his education with an additional three years at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center’s Periodontology program for advanced training in the fields of periodontics, dental implants, and hard and soft tissue regeneration.
Dr. Fine leads a local study club of some of the best general dentists in Greenville, and he is also a board-certified periodontist. He has lectured at various universities, including our own Greenville Technical College’s hygiene and dental assisting programs.
Dr. Fine is a highly motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic practitioner who is caring, compassionate, and competent. He is one who listens to his patients’ concerns and addresses their chief complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

As a dedicated husband and father, Dr. Fine has many interests outside of periodontics and implants. He enjoys spending time with Amy, his wife of ten years, and their son, Preston. They own four dogs, Abby, a Jack Russell Terrier, Kristie, a Border Collie mix, and Autumn and Ruby, White Labs. Dr. Fine also enjoys owning saltwater aquariums and going scuba diving, boating, etc.

Amy, Officer Manager
Amy helps our office run smoothly by taking care of our team members’ and patients’ needs. What she loves most about Fine Periodontics is how our team treats patients with friendliness and quality care. Amy is married to our periodontist and together they have one son and four fur babies. She enjoys decorating, boating, and traveling in her spare time.
Michele, Surgical Assistant
Michele graduated from dental assisting school in 1990 and spent her career as a dental surgical assistant. Michele enjoys the teamwork and friendships of our practice and the commitment we have to quality patient care. She and her husband, Jeff, have been married for over 23 years and they have three children. Michele likes to do crafts in her spare time.
Kerri, Insurance & Financial Coordinator
Kerri was our go-to girl at Fine Periodontics, and she served as a member of our office for over 13 years. Kerri recently got married and moved to Kentucky, but we still consider her a part of our practice family. She always loved interacting with patients, and she was a great team player. We know that she is going to continue to do great things in Kentucky!
Cam, Registered Dental Hygienist
Cam has been with Fine Periodontics since the beginnning of 2016, and has 16 years of experience in hygiene. Cam lives at home with her husband and her 2 sons. In her free time, she likes to go antique shopping, watch Clemson football games, and spend time with her family. Her favorite part of the practice is the family atmosphere and patient care. Each patient is treated like family. Cam’s personality has always been upbeat and uplifing. She loves the career she chose and Fine Periodontics helps her reach her full potential.
Frances, Registered Dental Hygienist
Frances has been with Fine Periodontics for over 18 years, and she enjoys working with our friendly team and wonderful boss. She says that she is a mean mama jama health hygienist, cleaning our patients’ teeth and educating them about oral health. She has several dental licenses, including nitrous oxide certification, which allows her to provide excellent care. Frances has two dogs, one horse, and one grandchild. She enjoys sky diving, gardening, and horseback riding as some of her hobbies.
Stacy, Surgical Dental Assistant
Stacy has been a dental assistant for over 10 years and is CPR, X-ray, and nitrous oxide certified. She loves working with people, helping our patients, making them feel comfortable, and educating them about oral health. Stacey and her husband have one daughter, and they enjoy boating and traveling.
